San Diego, Ca. 7 Am, October 9th, 2011. 

           A near cocaine over-dose/ heavy beating from an un-named confused friend sent me spiraling into a panic attack which then induced the entry stages of a stroke/ heart attack (Hard to differentiate between when you haven’t yet experienced either of them). Fortunately, I had some asprin in the car when my arms went numb and a feeling of tight-ness grew stronge…r in my chest while I began to hyperventilate. pulled over. On the grass outside of the nearby fast food establishment, I prayed from the bottom of my heart, “Lord please forgive me for the downfalls of my life and give me another chance to make things better” Bam. Found an urgent care that was miraculously close to the free way, and hundreds of dollars later was freed from my uncontrollable body/ vocal spasms. There is a God, an he decided to show me first hand. I’m recovering in Las Vegas with my family who gathered here to visit my last living Grandparent Sylvia Mlgaten (who passed on 2hrs before we got to Vegas).  She will be greatly missed. I’ll be continuing my bad-ass music journey totally sober/ seeking help defeating my addictions and more than ever excited about life. I love you all and don’t want any more lives in our community taken by the hand of our vices, which has unfortunately happened way too much. Hard drugs aren’t worth it, unless you have a death wish. I feel highly compelled to remind you of those facts.
